New clients must schedule their initial session by calling our office. Established clients will be given a login to our online scheduling software and may make subsequent appointments online or by phone.

Payments may be made by cash or check at our office immediately after a tutoring session or paid online through TutorPanel by Paypal. Clients may opt to be billed by emailed invoice on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule. There will be a service charge of $10 for returned checks.

Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date. A $10 late fee will be applied after 10 days and for each subsequent 10 day period that payment is not received.

Clients must give 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or students who fail to show up for a lesson will be charged the full tutor fee. Exceptions will be made in the case of emergencies. We ask clients to be considerate of the tutor’s time and make every effort to avoid repeated last minute rescheduling and cancellations.

We do not offer refunds for our services, however if a tutor is mistakenly double booked or must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we will offer a credit toward the rescheduled session.

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not provide any of your personal information to outside companies or organizations for any reason. Contact information is collected to register students using our online scheduling software, Tutor Panel. Credit card information is collected by PayPal when paying online. Information about your child’s academic progress is requested in order to provide the highest quality possible tutoring services to your student. Schools must get permission from parents to receive any personal information about our students, including their enrollment at Tutoring Solutions of Atlanta.
